About STM Development

STM Development is a family-owned, owner-operated general contractor based in Tucson, AZ. We're licensed, bonded, and insured under ROC #284320, and we keep our crew small on purpose so the same people who scope your project are the ones building it.

How We Work

We don't subcontract the core of a job out to a rotating set of trades. Site work, framing, and finish work on garages, additions, and outdoor structures are handled by our own crew, and the same is true for kitchen and bathroom remodels. That means fewer hand-offs, fewer surprises, and one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final inspection.

What We Focus On

We take on garage and ADU construction, decks and outdoor structures, and full kitchen and bathroom remodels for homeowners throughout Tucson, AZ and the surrounding communities.
